Tender Opportunities
Treasures of Blanchland is a major heritage project that will conserve, investigate and share the nationally significant heritage of Blanchland Abbey and its medieval village. Led by a partnership between Blanchland and Hunstanworth PCC and Lord Crewe’s Charity, and supported by The National Lottery Heritage Fund, the project will bring together conservation, research, interpretation, community engagement and heritage skills development.
To support the development phase of the project, we are inviting tenders from a range of suitably qualified consultants and specialists. Current opportunities are listed below.
We particularly welcome applications from consultants with experience of:

- Ecclesiastical heritage
- Archaeology and historic research
- Interpretation and audience engagement
- National Lottery Heritage Fund projects
- Community participation and learning
